REYNOLDS RHODIUM R5
Ultra Brilliant White Brightness - World's brightest rhodium at L*91
Highest Rhodium Content - at 5 gram / 100mL. More concentrated for more rings.
Reynolds Rhodium is a product of SunWing Technology HK and is imported from Europe.
Reynold R5 contains the highest Rhodium content at 5 g per 100 mL compared to competitor. This translate to more concentrated and more rings plated.
Thicker coating, with deposits up to 1.5 µm brilliant brightness.
Works even at the lowest rhodium concentration of 0.3 g.
Produced ultra brilliant white bright rhodium deposit of L*91 and Yellowness Index of 6
Reynold contains brightener to aid process complex design
L* refers to lightness, evaluated according to CIELAB system (DIN5033), 100 is most bright. YI:D1925 is a Yellowness Index, the lower the value, the least yellow
MAKE UP PROCEDURE :
To make up one litre of rhodium bath,
1. Prepare 600 cc deionized / distilled water
2. Gently add 15 ml pure sulphuric acid
(Analytical Reagent grade) with stirring.
3. Gently add 40 ml Reynold R5 with stirring.
4. Top up with deionized / distilled water to one litre
mark.
